HTTP and Parser Attribute Connectors
The HTTP Attribute Connector can be used to connect to a web service and retrieve its payload which it then returns to the PDP.
On the other hand, Parser Attribute Connectors can take a string in a structured format and extract nested values from it in order to evaluate authorization policies.
To configure an HTTP Attribute Connector, familiarity with HTTP messages is required, while to configure a Parser Attribute Connector, familiarity with JSON or XML is required, depending on the parser.
Click the Configuration link in the Attribute Connector editor to open a text editor and use it to enter or paste your configuration. Learn more about the HTTP Attribute Connector configurationOpens in a new tab and Parser Attribute Connector configurationOpens in a new tab.
